Cancellation/Refund:
Refund less the $75 Processing Fee

if you cancel prior to 5 days
before seminar event (by previous
Sunday), or you may choose to apply your fee to any future seminar.
If you cancel within 5 days of your event (after the previous
Sunday), your registration fee can only be applied to any future
seminar you wish within the next two years, or be applied to the
purchase of the Action/Cut Filmmaking Deluxe Videotape or DVD
Pro Collection...your choice.
If you are registered but do not attend a seminar within two years
of date of registration, you can re-register at 50% of current
seminar fee but only by the Early Bird deadline of new seminar.
If your seminar is cancelled by
Action/Cut or due to illness or unavailability of SEMINAR DIRECTOR
GUY MAGAR while in production, the only fees to be refunded will
be limited only to the registration fees on file, or you may apply
your fee to any future seminar. No checks accepted within 10 days
of event or at the door. Fees to future seminars are subject to
change without notice.

Early Bird registrations, we must receive your mail by the 11-day
prior deadline date for the seminar for which you are registering.

will receive a confirmation of your reservation by personal email,
not automated, and a few days before your event, you will also
receive by mail a "Welcome Letter" with seminar info,
what to bring, times, location directions, parking, nearest hotel,
etc...
