FINAL JUDGING RESULTS 2012

Final Results: September 1st, 2012

The Action/Cut Short Film Competition industry Jury Committees are
composed of working professionals within the motion picture world in
Los Angeles including directors, producers, writers, agents, and film
company executives.

The five judging parameters for all films competing in all categories
are scored on the following:
- Subject Originality
- Content Realization
- Visual Storytelling
- Production Values
- Viewing Engagement of Work

The film industry association at Action/Cut is what separates this
competition from all others, and why we pride ourselves by offering
invaluable services inclusive of the prize awards to provide Hollywood
access with professional contacts and feedback, and to open career
advisory networking doors to the winners.

The Juries have added additional Awards of Special Merit in Filmmaking
not previously announced and they are listed below the Main Awards.
They include Special Jury Awards, Best Foreign Awards, and Most Promising Young
Filmmakers Awards
(18 & under) in categories where they apply.

All winning entry materials will be retained by Action/Cut and made available for private showings to industry players, production companies, agents, and distributors.

TO ALL ENTRANTS:
"We gratefully thank all our industry Juries, Award Sponsors and Career Access Participants
in recognition of our sixth successful annual Competition.  We congratulate our very talented
winners, and sincerely wish them and all our Competition Entrants the best of luck with
their filmmaking endeavors.  We look forward to seeing your new film works in 2013!"
